What we do

We have a dedicated engineering team who are capable of handling most of the engineering jobs. We can develop design inputs from data sheets or PID and do the mechanical design and develop detailed engineering drawings.

Our facility is situated next to Hamriyah free zone's quay side which has a water depth of 8 metres allowiing us to carry out major load outs. Our work force is well experienced to handle any kind of job well within time frame not compromising on quality or safety.

We undertake fabrication and installation of offshore and onshore works like Jackets, Top Sides, Flare towers, Skids Shoes, Pipe Racks, Anchor Piles, Boat landing platform, pipe spools, Modification of Sub sea works, E-houses etc.

Our quay side access makes it easier for us to ship these items and we have a dedicated installation crew who can do the offshore works

Process Skids

We have done numerous process skids for a wide variety of applications and has expertise in manufacturing Test Separators, Produced Water Degasser Packages, Chemical Injection Skids, Metering systems, HIPPS skids, Pig launchers and Receivers, Slug Catchers, DNV certified skids etc.

We have engineering capability to develop detailed engineering drawings based on PID, develop 3d models and develop detailed fabrication drawings.

Plant Shutdown & Maintenance Jobs

Shutdown jobs are most critical for the working of a plant and we understand the importance of that. We have a dedicated team which caters to these needs so that these jobs are given top priority and completed ahead of schedule.

The broad range of our knowledge and experience in industrial plant maintenance services—which includes civil, mechanical and electrical (M&E), power construction, and shutdown/outage services—enables us to respond to the particular needs of each client in the most effective way possible. TECHNOMAK is ASME 'U','P','S' and National Board 'R' certified for manufacturing and repairing pressure vessels and boilers. We are equipped with rolling machine of 60 mm capacity and we will be increasing our capacity to 150 mm shortly.

TECHNOMAK has a good track record of fabrication of exotic material including materials like Stainless Steel, Duplex stainless,Super Duplex, Copper Nickel, Titanium etc.

We have developed welding procedures for exotic material and our welders are qualified for executing these kind of jobs. We have dedicated areas for fabrication of exotic material. We also got experienc of executing Exotic material piping jobs.

TECHNOMAK's facility is designed in such a way that any kind of steel structural fabrication can be carried out in our facilities. We have beam line and CNC plasma cutting machines which makes our teams highly productive in structural fabrication.
