1.) Print out this sheet at 100% on legal-sized paper in landscape for accurate hole spacing

2.) Place this under the plastic sheet and center it while keeping the top line flush with the guide

3.) Using a marker, place a dot on the plastic at the center of each cross in the circles above

Align this line with top of plasticsheet for correct hole spacing

Punch 2 holes on the center crosses and then use scissors or a small knife to cut out thearea between the two circles
