Dear candidate,   On behalf of MC Glow, I would like to congratulate you for taking the next step in your AIESEC experience: applying for national conference facilitator.   Unite is one of the three national conferences of AIESEC in Norway. In these four days in January, we will have the MCP election, we will start working on the summer peak preparation and we will work together towards building a strong EB pipeline for next year.

Being a facilitator at Unite 2015 might be an amazing experience for you halfway through your EB term, and hopefully it will be one of the best decisions you are going to make in your AIESEC experience.   MC Glow would be happy to see you be part of the Unite 2015 faci team, and work together to bring AIESEC in Norway one step further the second semester of our term.   We cannot wait to see you in Unite 2015!   Love, MC Glow J P.S. The logistics:

q  Pre-meeting: Wednesday 07.01.2015 (10:00 to 20:00)

q  Conference: Thursday 08.01.2015 (12:00) – Sunday 11.01.2015 (15:00)

q  Location & venues: Trondheim, Norway

q  24 EB members and 35 members are expected at the conference

q  Transportation and costs for the facilitators will not be covered by OC budget

Conference information

For Unite 2015, we are looking for facilitators with: q  Minimum LCVP/NST experience in AIESEC in Norway q  Advanced English proficiency q  A good overview of the national directions and different realities q  Understanding of the current operations q  A dynamic and inspiring personality q  (preferably) previous facilitating/training experience All faci’s are expected to be present at the pre-meeting on the 7th of January 2015 and during the conference from the beginning until end.
