WCU has a very large GESC, about $20M, This is due to the fact
we had many opportunities for improvements especially in lighting
and building controls, but also we are replacing some HVAC systems
in some of our buildings. Consequently our savings over a 15 year
period is also big.15 year savings based on very conservative
escalation rates for utilities and fuel. 2 3 %*This is annual
