Knovel Quick Search for Autodesk Inventor©, Revit© and AutoCAD© are simple search plugins that allow users to complete basic searches from within a software application environment, review results with snippets, and then access full Knovel content when a result is selected. Plugins are available for the following software programs:

• Inventor: Inventor, Inventor Pro

• Revit: Revit, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP

• AutoCAD: Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Electrical, and AutoCAD Architecture

To use the plugins, users must have the relevant Autodesk software program installed in their computer as well as a subscription to Knovel through their organization. The plugins give users the ability to search Knovel for all the best practices, reference materials, and material properties data that a user’s organization subscribes to.
