MASTER OF SCIENCE IN REGULATORY SCIENCE ABOUT THE PROGRAM The Master of Science in Regulatory Science program gives students the educational foundation needed to work and excel as trained professionals in the regulatory science field. Our expert faculty include professionals in the federal government, industry and academia. Most of our students study online with some classes available at the Montgomery County, Maryland campus. The curriculum covers issues such as compliance with food and drug law, managing clinical development and testing of drugs and biologics, the biological and manufacturing processes necessary to bring a product to market, and understanding the intricacies of intellectual property and licensing involved in the product development process. Students complete 10 courses for the degree: six core courses, three electives. As the final course in the program, students take a practicum where they look at real-world problems both from the FDA’s perspective and from industry’s perspective.
