HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL

FROM YOUR STAFF

From the Pastor’s Chair:

Hey ya’ll look it’s 2014!!

Well today is the birthday of a whole new

year. As I’m sitting here and thinking back I

can recall the Y2K scare where a lot of peo-

ple thought that the world was going to end,

but as you all know it didn’t happen. Well

then it happened again in the year 2012,

when the Inca Calendar ended. Yet again a

lot of people were fooled then as well.

Now, here’s the truth as I know it; Mat-

thew 24:36 - “But of that day and hour no

one knows, not even the angles of heaven,

nor the Son but the Father alone,” So as

you look to making your new year resolutions

maybe you could start it off like this: God

help me lean not on my own understanding;

but seek you for all of my knowledge first,

and help me not to put my faith in man but

put all of the faith I have in you. And if you

are doing that already might I suggest to

you, take this year and make sure your fam-

ily and friends know who God is.

It doesn’t take a theologian or a Preacher

to lead a person to Christ. It just takes you

being obedient to God and doing what he has

called all Christians to do, Tell His Gospel!

Happy New Year to All

Rev. Anthony Brown

ARE YOU 100% SURE YOU WILL GO TO

HEAVEN? YOU WILL WISH YOU HAD

SEARCHED TO FIND OUT, 5 MINUTES AFTER

YOU DIE.

Do you think you can go to heaven because you are good

enough? You will find out no one is good enough, 5 minutes af-

ter you die.

There are many that don’t believe there is eternal fire in hell

where they will burn forever because of their sin and they never

repented. Are you one? If so, you will believe, 5 minutes after

you die.

If you don’t believe that God’s tolerance of sin is 0, you will

believe, 5 minutes after you die.

If you continue to put off turning from sin and asking JESUS

to save you, there will be a last time, and then you will realize

you made an eternal mistake, 5 minutes after you die.

You can be saved right now if you are sorry of your sin (surely

you are).

Believe Jesus is alive and with you now. Just ask Him to for-

give you and save you. He has been waiting for you a long time.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be

saved,” (Romans 10:13) not might be or hope to be but shall be

saved. You will be glad you did, 5 minutes after you die. Call on

Jesus now! He is with you and listening. Just say to Him,, “Jesus

you know I have sinned, I’m sorry, I do here and now ask you to

save me. With your help I will turn from sin the best I can. “

Now thank Him for saving you. Call a Godly pastor to tell him

and ask him to show you the next steps to an abundant life.

You will be glad you did, 5 minutes after you die.

Please take this message and share with someone you know is

not saved. You will be saving a soul.

A word from the Youth Pastor

In the months ahead be looking to the calendar to find out what

the youth will be doing. We will have fund raisers you can help

us with, we will have activities you can join us in, such as tail-

gating the Super Bowl football game at the church where we will

show the game outside on the BIG SCREEN while we eat and

fellowship. Make sure you are a part of that !!! We will be go-

ing skiing in February as well as the weekend of President’s

Day .We will be fundraising for that so please help support us if

you can and may God bless each one of you. I pray that we are a

blessing to others.

In Christ’s Love:

Rev. Antony Brown
