Entrance Requirements for Malaysian Students
Examination Requirement
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)Senior Middle Level
- Passes (Grade C or above) in at least 7 subjects of which 6
were obtained in the same sitting
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) - Passes (Grade C or
above) in at least 3 subjects in the same sitting, other than
language subjects
Other Recognised International Qualifications

GCE A-level / International Advanced Level (IAL)
- Grade E or above in 3 AL (or A2) subjects (other than Chinese
/ Mandarin / English); or
- Grade E in 2 AL (or A2) plus 2 Advanced Supplementary (AS)

cannot be counted at both the A-level and AS-level)
IB Diploma - An overall minimum score of 24
SAT Reasoning Test- A minimum total score of 1190 (out of 1600)
