Estrutura semelhante a um folículo normal.

FISIOPATOLOGIA
TRATAMENTO
Tratamento Hormonal:
hCG (22UI/Kg IM – 24 e 48h);
GnRH (2µg/Kg IM).
Tratamento Cirúrgico:
Ovariohisterectomia;
Ovariectomia uni ou bilateral;
Rotura manual.
PROGNÓSTICO
Evitar ciclos éstricos sem cópula
Longos períodos sem cópula conduzem à formação de quistos ováricos
PREVENÇÃO
Favorável se resolução mas...
...possibilidade de recidiva!
