EXECUTIVE SUMMARYBabussalam Enterprise is a new business company that selling tayamum powder which is Pray Ezzi product. This Tayamum powder was produce especially for people whom are travel, paralyzed patient, and patient who cannot be exposed with water and for them who need to samak. The benefit of this product is the product are anti-septic naturally. Pray Ezzitayamum powder is safe and free from chemicals and preservatives because it is 100% pure dust. Other than that, our strategic focus is to maintain great quality of our product. Why do we choose tayammum powder or Pray Ezzi? This is because of high demand among the users and customers which are most of them want to perform the prayer and samak something easily as prayer is fardhu ain in Islam which is one of the obligation for Muslims. Based on our research, although it have high demand among them but the product is always out of stock so our company try to solve the problem with enter the market with satisfying their demands. As in the certain area many people hard to get the tayammum powder. We produce the best quality of tayamum dust to our client and customers.To make it more attractive, interesting and easy for consumers, we decided to pack it in the compact container. This innovation comes from compact powder. As we know nowadays the compact powder container became popular among people as it so easy to use or ready to use. We have done some research and Malaysia is one of the developed country and quite busy during day time. So, with our tayammum powder this is ready to use as they can use it anytime.Babussalam Enterprises marketing strategies is to emphasize the quality of Pray Ezzi that we provide and the availability of our services. Other than that, we will widen our territory in all Malaysia area. As now our company still new so we are focusing in northern area like Kedah and Perlis. Our service will be provided by our members and a worker that we hired. The competitors that are in the same field aimed as ours is June Cliff which they collect RM 587,440 per year before our entrance. After our entrance the price will be RM 493,010. Based on the size of our market and defined market area, our sale for the first year is RM 1,635,816. The salary of the worker is RM 800. In the future, around ten years after this business established, our target is to add more workers, and to expand our site in Malaysia as well as to the international.

1. Introduction1.1. Name of the BusinessThe name of the business is Babussalam Enterprise is the official sales and marketing for high quality. The significance for the name Babussalam as our business name is, Babussalam represent the name of one door in Makkah that when we entrance through the door we will feel so happy. This is because when we entrance through Babussalam door we can see straight forward the Kaabah.

As well as our product which is Pray Ezzi, we also want our customers who are especially whom are sick using this tayamum powder. For sure our customers can perform the prayer or samak easily. That is the history why we put the name of our company as Babussalam. Tayamum powder from our company is high quality that we are producing as we believe that quality is the most important things in our business. We also want our customers to be satisfied with our product and can be loyal customers.

1.2. Nature of BusinessThe nature of Babussalam is to make ease Muslim people life and the reason why we choose to do this business because we believe that Malaysian people really need it as one of the items that can make the easiest way for people to be used in the process of Tayamum for the traveler, paralyzed patients and patients should not be exposed to water for their prayers. Other than that this powder act as a natural anti-septic user-friendly.

1.3. Industry ProfileTayamum sector in Malaysia is not well known in Malaysia to do in the marketing as other countries better especially in making profit. We chose to try and challenge to make a difference because of the reason. The main ingredient that needed in producing Pray Ezzi is 100% pure clay processed dust, which we get from Beautiful Sand (BS). Partnership is used in this business plan.

1.4. Location of the businessOur business company is located at Lot. 100, Jalan Kepala Batas, Mukim Bukit Tinggi, 06000 Jitra, Kedah. Moreover, we were exposed to public. The strategic parking spaces and the spaces for the entrance for goods giving us advantages in our business daily either in management or sale perspective.

1.6. Factor in selecting the proposed businessThe factor in selecting Tayammum powder as our business prospect because of it has high demand. Next, we are very delightful to make our product so that people will be more flexible as they will have interest in buying it.

Future prospects of the businessOur expectation for this product based on the business for the upcoming 10 years is that we have stable as well as strong management in the business that can gain more profit but not ignoring the quality. All of these can be achieved by introduce a flexible product that will open the eyes of the Malaysian and the world as this product is necessity for them. This 10 years plan will generate more income for us and make Malaysia better known throughout the world as we can make the world believed that Malaysia can do what they do best as we are not falling in the marketing.

The reason why we do the business plan are to allow our team members to think more critical and creative as well as practical way of business that we have chosen which is partnership. By making the business plan, we can review all the aspect in more detail manner. For starting the business, we cannot ignore the most important aspect such as finance, marketing, administrative, and operational that relevant in the establishments of a business. In Babussalam, we use this business plan to carefully examine all the details starting from the basic which is marketing. We identified from the beginning by who are our customer targets, where are the place that is the most suitable to market our product and more. Thus, this helps us in marketing process and shows us that most people need this product especially for Muslim in Malaysia but this product is produce lowly in market. Thus, make this product as a marketable product. This allows us to have good understanding about the particular business. Next, we can see a clear way about what step and action can we chose or must take to make the business become more realistic and practical.

2.2. To apply for loans or financing facilities from the relevant financial institutionsEach financial institution would have different loan application forms and loan application checklists. However, most financial institutions require similar documents for verification and evaluation.

2.3. To act as a guideline for the management of the proposed businessBusiness plan consists of theory part of each aspect that we need to master in order to make the venture is profitable. In making the plan become real, planning and strategies are needed as guideline in making any decision that can affect the business development from time to time. In Babussalam Enterprise, we see the business plan as primary resource for us to do things that occurs in our business. Next reason is to allocate business resources effectively.

2.4. To allocate business resources effectivelyAs a new business, a financials matter is very critical to handle in most effective way. The resource is quite limited since we are new in the industry and a lots of money are needed for our effort to become establish partnership in the competitive industry. 5. Location of Business5.1. Physical location of the project

In planning our business, we decided to operate our business at Jitra City, Kedah as the location is near the Perlis. As our company goal is to market our product in northern area.

5.2. Building

Our business is a Semi-furnished shop for 170 sf as the rent cost is RM7,500.00per month.

5.3. Basic amenities The water source is taken from SADA. Electricity is approved by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). We chose TNB because it is the largest power supply in Southern Asia. In addition, we can pay the bill in many ways such as using cash and credit card. Communication lines also have been approved by TM. We chose TM because it provides our company with communication and internet as it will be easy to use for our customer. The internet is very useful as we can create our own company website and customer can check the stock of our product.
