i. Good academic record as defined by
the concerned university with a least55% marks (or an equivalent
grade in a
point scale wherever grading system is
followed) at the Masters Degree level
in a relevant subject from an Indian
University, or an equivalent degree
from an accredited foreign university.
ii. Besides fulfilling the above
qualifications, the candidate must havecleared the National
Eligibility Test
(NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or
similar test accredited by the UGC like
SET etc.
iii. Notwithstanding anything contained insub-clause (i) and
(ii) to this Clause
candidates, who are, or have been
awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordancewith the University Grants
Commission
(Minimum Standards and Procedure for
Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulation,
2009 shall be exempted from the
requirement of the minimum eligibility
condition of NET/SLET/SET for
recruitment and appointment of
Assistant Professor or equivalentpositions in
Universities/Colleges/Institutions.iv. NET / SLET / SET shall
also not be
required for such Masters Programmes
in discipline for which NET / SLET /
SET is not conducted

Professor as applicable
And
PhD or equivalent, in appropriate discipline
Post PhD publications and guiding PhD student
is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years experience
teaching and/or research and
industry of which at least 2 yea

MCA
Qualification as for the post of Assistant
Professor (MCA), as applicable
AndPhD or equivalent, in appropriate discipline
Post PhD publications and guiding PhD student
is highly desirable.

Management

publications as books and /

ii. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university
/ college, andexperience in research at the University / National
level intuitions / industri
including experience of guiding candidates for research at
doctoral level.
iii. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new
curricula and cours
and technology mediated teaching learning process.
iv. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance
Indicator (API)based Performance based Appraisal System (PBAS), set
out in UGC
Regulations dated 30th June, 2010

B. An outstanding professional, with established reputation in
the relevant field, w
has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the
concerned/allied/relevadiscipline, to be substantiated by
