Job Responsibility:- QA / QC Inspection of field installations as per ergonomics, project quality standards and

specifications. Skilled in review of PFDs, P&IDs, Vendor Document Review, Equipment Specifications,

Instrumentation Applications, Instrument Index, Control panels Junction boxes, Loop drawings, Hook up drawings and Field wiring drawings.

Job Responsibility:-

Installation Inspection of all Instrument according to Drawings Such as Hook-ups, P&IDs,System architecture, Instrument index & I/O List, Cable schedule, Tube schedule, Loop layout, Loop schematics, JB schematics, Instrument location plan & F&G layout.

Inspect the cable management system for power and control cables including tray installations, cable laying, Glands & Terminations, and witness the insulation resistance testing.

Installation of field instruments such as: flow, pressure, level, temperature transmitters, control valves, pressure / temperature / level gauges & Switches.

Supervised scheduling the cable pulling of HV, LV, Control cables and termination activities for Substations, PIB’s and Process area and testing.

Involve in Loop Check activities for various Instruments. Coordinate with vendors and Engineering team for Technical Queries raised by Client

and resolving it. Participate in QA/QC, conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance

Test (SAT). Involved in Preservation of Instruments, Motors and Equipments by providing weekly
