PreferredHealth Provider Network Tips• Visit PreferredOne.com/PH to search for PreferredHealth in-network providers.• When you get care at in-network providers, you receive the highest level of

coverage and have lower out-of-pocket expenses for covered services. If you go outside the network some services are not covered or have higher deductibles and coinsurance. Check your benefit summary for coverage details.

• You can choose among all PreferredHealth in-network primary care and specialty care providers.

• If you have an emergency outside the service area you will have the same coverage as using in-network providers.

• Avoid the emergency room for non-emergencies. PreferredHealth offers convenient ways to get care, including after hours and walk-in appointments, at PreferredHealth primary care clinics, and urgent care centers.
