KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga uses kriyas (exercises

done in a par3cular sequence), asanas

(postures), pranayams (breathing exercis-

es) and medita3on to saturate different

parts of the body with highly charged

oxygenated blood. This forces capillaries

to discharge toxins, which are then ex-

pelled by the body. This allows for great-

er flow of energy to clear blockages

which may help rejuvenate the body and

help increase energy levels. Through

medita3on, one can decrease stress and

anxiety And improve mindfulness and

sleep paIerns. This class will be geared

toward cancer survivors and cancer pa-

3ents who are currently undergoing

treatment. It will incorporate stretching,

medita3on, breathing exercises and

strengthening. Please bring a yoga mat.
