Geriatrics (TCM) A study of common disorders affecting the elderly and their TCM treatments. Osteoporosis,

prostate problems and incontinence are among the conditions that will be discussed.

Aromatherapy 4 (NHSc) Relating different oils by chemistry and specific properties we will choose the best oil for a

given problem.

Dermatology / 5 Senses (TCM) Students learn to differentiate TCM patterns for disorders of the ears, eyes, nose, throat,

mouth and skin. Acupuncture point combinations for each pattern diagnosis, are presented

and discussed.

Treatments 2 (RMT) Learn to treat a variety of pathologies and conditions, using massage therapy.

Physiology 7 (RMT/TCM) Students continue to study the finer aspects of the nervous system. This course also

takes an in-depth look into the muscular system, including a study of skeletal and

smooth muscle, and the cardiovascular system.

Client Assessment 1 (RMT) An introduction to clinical assessment including case histories, client-interview, as well as

both visual and physical examination techniques.

minerals, amino acids and water).

Nutrition 3 (NHSc/TCM) An in-depth study of metabolism, digestion, chemistry of the body & the theory of ionization is

Pregnancy/Stages of Life (RMT) Students are guided through different skills and techniques required by a massage therapist to

treat pregnant women and their infants.

Nutrition/Food Cures (TCM) This dynamic course guides you towards taking a positive approach to daily food requirements.

Evolve your understanding of pH balance, food and non-fanatical healthy living.








Materia Medica 2 (NHSc) A continuation of Materia Medica I. This course further explores the healing plants of

Western herbalism while continuing to build your own Materia Medica.




Herbal Therapeutics 2 (NHSc) Learn the basics of how to work with various solvents to extract the healing properties of plants

for internal and external uses. Course will cover herbal infusions and decoctions, infused

vinegars & honeys, herbal oils & salves, tinctures and more.
