Equipment Questions?
HvZ Rule One: Don’t Be a Jerk!
● Being disrespectful/discriminatory to your peers or game staff
● Stealing/Destroying Ammo● Not carrying your feed code● Hiding your band● Denying a tag/shot● Purposely or repeatedly injuring
other players● Arguing with Mods/Admins● Impersonating staff
If you think you might be breaking this rule, you probably are. Examples include:
HvZ Rule Two: Use Good Judgement
Don't be reckless. Avoid doing anything that might injure yourself or anyone else.
Examples:● Crossing busy streets● Stopping in front of a charge● Wall or tree climbing● Shooting people in the face● Shining flashlights in people’s face● Inappropriate interactions with law enforcement
Stunning Zombies● Humans “stun” a Zombie by shooting them with a Nerf
blaster or throwing a clean sock at them.● Zombies immediately remove their headbands when
stunned● Stunned zombies wait out a respawn timer, then can tag
a tree to “respawn” back into the game● Stunned zombies cannot interact with the game at all.
○ Excessively following humans○ Being a “meat shield”○ Telling other zombies where humans went
Special ZombiesPredator: This zombie wears an orange vest and can ONLY be stunned with socks
Gravemind: This zombie wears a yellow vest. When stunned, a Gravemind yells “respawn” and every zombie in earshot can respawn
Special ZombiesTank: This zombie has a 3 second respawn and always gets a “step and a lunge”. Tanks can only walk
Witch: This zombie is “activated” by noise. Once activated, witches only deactivate after tagging ~3 humans. Players tagged by a witch take a kneel and wait to be tagged up by another human player. Players may still shoot/be tagged while kneeling.
Tagging Humans● Zombies “tag” a Human by tagging any part of their
body or any object carried/worn by that Human ● After tagging a Human, the Human must give the
Zombie their feedcode○ Tags must be reported online through HvZ Source
ASAP ● Once a Human is tagged, they must wait out a respawn
timer then join the game as a Zombie
HvZ Safety Rules● Do not wear anything that would alarm anyone not
playing (no masks)● Do not involve non-players in the game. Please do not
hide behind them, shoot them, etc.● Respect authority, especially the police
○ Lower blasters● In case of emergencies including weather, the staff will
call a state of no-play.
No Play Zones● Do Not Play:

■ If it is waist high or higher: don't play on it!
