Grant Awarded: We are pleased to announce that Ms. Dolores has been

selected as one of 63 educators from across the country who was awarded the Ezra Jack Keats Foundation mini-grant. In conjunction with the grant, the library will host a number of programs, including a Holiday Art Show.

Keats Kids Art Nights & Holiday Art Show | Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm: Sept. 14,

Oct. 5, Nov. 9, Dec. 21 (artwork displayed at holiday art show) Students in grades K-5 will learn new artistic elements over a three-month period and create their interpretation of an artistic representation of a Keats’ story to be presented at a Holiday Art Show in December. Registration required.

Tabletop Group Gaming | Saturdays @ 11:30 am - 2:30 pm:

AARP Safe Driving Refresher Course: 4-hour course Wednesday, Oct. 19 @ 8:45 am-1 pm This one-day course is available for those age 50 and older. This is a refresher course and you have had to taken an 8-hour course within the past 3 years. Please check with your insurance company about discounts. Registration required & space is limited. Cost: $15 for AARP members; $20 for non-members.
