STANDARD SHIPPING – Unless express shipping is requested, your order will be shipped through UPS Ground and should arrive within 5 business days.
TWO-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING – If requested, add $9.00 additional per shipment to the standard shipping charge. Available merchandise should arrive in two business days after shipping if ordered by noon EST. (Items that have to be hand matched due to shading issues could have a small delay.)
NEXT-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING – If requested, add $17.00 additional per shipment to the standard shipping charge. Available merchandise should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by noon EST. (Items that have to be hand matched due to shading issues could have a small delay.)
Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged in transit.
Change of destination address of a shipment that has already been processed for shipment is not available; changes have to be made prior to shipment. Change of destination address on items remaining to be shipped from a partially shipped order may be done by calling Customer Service at 1-866-894-3682.

To place an order, please call your Wardrobe Consultant, go to www.doncaster.com, or call Customer Service at 1-866-894-3682 and provide the key code on the back of the catalog. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 8pm EST and Saturday from 11am to 3pm EST. Credit card purchases as well as Doncaster private lines are accepted. Orders outside the US are not available at this time. You may also fax your order to 1-800-4Tanner (1-800-482-6637). Orders will be placed as indicated in the fax form. A confirmation with order number, delivery dates, as well as your total, will be faxed back to the number indicated.

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept your return or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the product. To do so, contact your Wardrobe Consultant or ship directly to: Doncaster, 631 Rock Road, Bldg 5 Dock 11, Rutherfordton, NC 28139. Please enclose your packing slip, noting on the front the reason for return and action you wish taken.
