This workshop will provide you with the great Tai Chi practices and a good understanding of the health benefits of Tai Chi. This Tai Chi workshop will be taught by a high level instructor teaching the art of Tai Chi and its secrets. Kokondo Karate is a traditional style of karate that emphasizes strikes, blocks, kicking and prear-ranged drills called Kata. Kokondo offers a fun environment for the entire family to learn self-defense and gain awareness of the world around them. Jukido jujitsu defends from at-tacks while using joint locks, chokes, and throws. Jukido takes advantage of the attacker’s strength and uses it against him.

Advanced DanceThis class is for dancers who have had at least four years of dance experience in Ballet and at a ready to start point. The class is split into two parts covered in two days a week. Also, the class gives the dancer a challenging view in Tap and Jazz. This is when the dancer learns special jumps and turns. Our facilities are available for reserved use from 8:00a.m. to 10:30p.m. Community groups & private individuals are encouraged to use the facilities for recreational, educational, cultural and other worthwhile purposes. Facilities may be rented only at those times when such use does not conflict with regularly scheduled NOR programs. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age and is responsible for setup and clean-up.

A clean-up/damage deposit may be required and will be returned if all rules have been observed and no facility damage occurs.
