What are you going to find in this booklet?
The agenda starts on Thursday in the afternoon so you should be there by
then. Travelling to/from Doksy is individual according to your LC. We suggest you
to travel as following:

You may come directly from Youth To Business by bus. This option was
offered in the registration form. Those who chose this option should receive an
email about further details.
If you travel to/from the conference in your own car, please let us know
the dates and times of your arrival and departure at [email protected].

If you travel individually and need a lift by the OC car (to/from the site):
It is necessary to book this service in advance at [email protected].
The price for this service is 150 CZK per car, so we encourage you to arrange
your trip together with other people so that you can share the price.
In urgent cases regarding transportation, call Péťa Frasunková (OC Delegate
Care) at 00420 725 602 040.
You can also walk from/to the station (cca 35 min) - HERE is a map with
description of the route.
You have decided to meet Zdenito Capone and his family UNO AIESECO Czeko Republico. The members are moving to Chicago for a few days in the middle of November. And you are going to be there… maybe.
This Mafia family won’t allow everyone to get in. You will be given some tasks to carry out and it is up to you how you will solve the problems. The more successful you will be, the more money Mafia will give you. Think wisely and work together, you may need this money in Chicago!
When you arrive to Doksy, the suburb of Chicago, your luggage will be taken to the city so you won’t need to carry it during the way there. You will be given instructions and sent LC by LC on your way. Good luck.

Agenda starts on Thursday evening with session delivered by YOU, ladies
and gentlemen. You will have a chance to present your preparation, opinions and
represent your LCs! Opening
On Friday morning, look forward to workshops prepared by our partners.
Everyone will have common block “Getting to know our stakeholders” where
we will take a deeper look at what is happening with our customers and what are
the main trends in our surrounding.
In the afternoon, the second common block will focus on using the gained
knowledge for running our own projects and on founding better support from the
partners and municipalities.
After that, newies will continue with their own track till the end of the
conference. In home groups competition they will experience the functional
areas through simulations.
XPs and EBs will attend session "How to put my team on board". You can
look forward to topics such as managing change and growth as well as engaging
members into work, everything in practical way, and with an output ready to use.
XPs and EBs will end the conference divided into their functional areas and
they will have time to discuss plans and activities needed for upcoming months
and quarters.
Thursday night - Casino & 20’s Party Program Dress Code
You will have a chance to visit a real Casino and play as good as you can! Who is the best gambler among us? Meanwhile you can network and party.
Dress-up as they did in 1920’s.
Friday night - Global Village & Prohibition party
Program Dress Code
Meeting other mafias during the exhibition of their cultures. Tonight, the alcohol is prohibited! You better hide your bottle in a paper bag
or it is going to be confiscated!
To make this night really international, the dress code is National Colors. Wear only the colors which belong to the country of your choice. You can create a costume typical for this country.
Saturday night - Gala Night, Topalki & Prison Party
Program Dress Code
Gala Night is an important event for UNO AIESECO Czeko Republico. The best LCs, sales killers and other successful mafia members are honoured tonight. Unfortunately, Gala night is turning uncontrollable and we all are caught into a prison!
Fortunately, The Untouchables are deep inside nice agents and we are allowed to drink beer, you better drink as fast as you can…
Tonight is a very special occasion which deserves wearing formal cloths - dresses for ladies and suits for men. For Prison party the dress code is clear - wear striped back-white cloths.

The conference takes place in Poslův Mlýn (Doksy near Mladá Boleslav), site is
situated in beautiful surroundings about 80 km far from Prague.

Accommodation will be provided in rooms with 4, 5 or 6 beds in heated
cottages with own sanitary facilities. In order to keep your rooms clean, please
bring your slippers.
Because we want to make the conference as “green” as possible, we would
like to ask you to bring your own cup for coffee/tea and revise your recycling
knowledge. We are civilized and smart people, we won't break anything and if
we make a mess, we will clean it as soon as possible!

Alumni Option A – 700 CZK – coming on Friday 14th November (Friday dinner - Sunday
breakfast)
Option B – 400 CZK – coming on Saturday 15th November (Saturday breakfast -
Sunday breakfast)
Party delegates The fee for party delegates is 200 CZK/night. Food is not included in the price, it
might be discussed individually.
You can use the same options as alumni, too.
Storno fees Storno till November 1st - 100 % of your money will be given back.
Storno till November 7th – 500 CZK
Storno after November 7th – 1 000 CZK

There might come a time when you need to take a little break from wild
partying. And that’s why there will be a chill-out room prepared for you! You can
look forward to nice music, pillows, tea, board games (don’t forget to bring your
favorite ones)
You will have a chance to meet our trainees, internationals who will prepare
exhibitions about their countries and cultures. Look forward to Global Village!
