question the will of the Lord—there it is, in plain text. We are to show our gratitude and thankfulness to the Lord everyday, in everything. In Psalms it says that we come into His gates with thanksgiving— that’s how start into His presence—where all the awesome things take place! Make sure to also verbalize not only to the Lord, but to your family and friends, how truly grateful you are! You will be amazed at how differently your circum- stances might appear! Blessings & Happy Thanks- giving from our family to yours!! It is so hard to believe we are nearing the end of an- other calendar year! So much has happened in what is truly a short amount of time. This holiday sea- son is definitely our family's favorite time of year! The busyness of life tends to come to a halt as we relish in time spent together re- flecting on the Lord’s good- ness. For everyone it be- comes a time to “count blessings”. Our challenge to you is to continue your list of gratitude beyond the celebration of Thanksgiv- ing. Maybe start a “Blessings” notebook, or journal. Times are tough for everyone right now. We see weekly, people that are looking for jobs, needing shelter, wondering where they will get food, and how they will support their fam- ily. Yet, we are reminded the Word tells us to be “Thankful in everything”- “Giving thanks in all circum- stances, for this is the will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thess 5:18. If ever you We just want to say “Thank You” to those of you who prayed and also gave towards the repair of our van! We’ve had a rough couple months from September, on after hitting 2 deer on the road coming from VA to home in MO. We are currently working on our calendar for the 2012/2013 years. We ask that you please pass on our information to anyone you think might be interested in a con-cert/service/event. Send a link to our website—it contains everything for their consideration. On the home page there is a promotional video which features singing, har-monica, and of course Barney Fife. Also on the site, under the re-sources tab, are bios, pictures, and recommendation letters, etc.

We were so blessed to get the opportunity to be a

part of a concert in Roanoke, VA featuring Betty

Lynn, who played “Thelma Lou” on the Andy Griffith

Show, and Maggie Peterson, who played “Charlene

Darling”, also from the Andy Griffith Show. Along

with Janet Paschal as a musical guest. It was such

an honor for Larry to get to perform with them and

our family to spend time getting to know them

“behind the scenes!” Another highlight was meet-

ing Audrey Hammond who was in attendance at

the concert. She is the basis for the character of

“Erin Walton”, from the “Waltons”, the show writ-

ten by her brother, based on their family.
