2 passport sized (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms) coloured photographs with white background taken recently. On the photograph, the applicants face- chin, forehead, nose, eyes, eyebrows and the mouth- should be clearly visible. (Size is top of hair to chin must be 3/3,5 cm)

Davet eden kiinin pasaport fotokopisi (davet eden kii Danimarka vatandaysa) ya da davet eden kiinin oturum izni fotokopisi (davet eden kii Danimarka vatanda deilse). Bavuru sahibi nianlsn, kz arkadan veya erkek arkdan ziyaret ediyorsa fotoraf eklenmelidir.

Passport photocopy of the inviting person (if the inviter is a Danish citizen) or a copy of hosts Danish residence card (if the inviter is not a Danish citizen). If the applicant is visiting his/her fianc or boy/ girlfriend a photo taken together must be added.

Proof of means of subsistence: e.g.

a) Bank account statement on the account turnover during the last three months,

If the applicant is employed: permission letter from the employer and/or approval for leave ( tasks performed by the applicant, the period s/he has been working and

a statement that s/he will return to work after visiting Denmark/ Schengen countries should be included), salary slips of the last three months, SGK statement of

employment, and SGK statements.

If applicant is a farmer: farmer certificate issued by the chamber of agriculture.

If the applicant is self-employed: Company registration in chamber of commerce, e.g Copy of Chamber of Commerce Registration and Certificate of Activity (Oda Sicil Kayt rnei ve Faaliyet Belgesi) and copy of the bulletin of the trade register and statement of taxes payment, e.g Tax Chart (Vergi Levhas).

Bavuru sahibi emekli ise, emekliliin kantn gsterir belgeler (emekli maan ald banka hesap hareketleri veya )

If applicant is retired: proof of pension (either bank account statement or emeklilik czdan).

Bavuru sahibi renci ise, ngilizce ve original renci belgesi

If the applicant is a student: original student certificate in English.

Bavuru sahibi 18 yandan ufaksa ve tek bana seyahat ediyorsa: Noterden onayl muvaffakatname. Sadece bir ebeveyn ocua elik ediyorsa, dier ebeveynin noterden onayl muvaffakatnamesi gereklidir. (Bu durum eer ebeveyn tek ebeveynse veya ocuun velayeti varsa geerli deildir ) Eer her iki ebeveyn de yolculuk ediyorsa muvaffakatnameye gerek yoktur.

If the applicant is a minor/ under the age of 18 and travelling alone: both parents Letter of Consent approved by the Public Notary. If one parent is accompanying the child: the other parents consent is needed. (This condition shall not apply if the travelling parent is a single parent or holds the parental authority alone). If both parents travel together with the child: there is no need for the consent.

Pasaport Fotokopisi : Son 10 yl ierisinde alnm geerli bir pasaport ve ilem grm sayfalarn renkli fotokopisi (en az iki sayfas bo olmal). Varsa eski pasaportlar ve A4 boyutlu renkli fotokopileri (ilem grm tm sayfalar). A valid passport issued within the last 10 years and a A4-sized coloured photocopy. If available old passports and coloured copies (copies of all non-blank pages).

Danimarka yetkilileri yukarda belirtilen belgelere ek olarak yeni belgeler talep etme hakkna sahiptir. The Danish authorities have the right to request for further documents.
