How to access Family CyberEdge
2. 1. New Business clients can select Premium or Ultimatecoverage at the quotation stage.
Premium cover is automatically selected for renewals. Should the client wish to benefit from an extended suite of cyber protection services, they can choose to upgrade to Ultimate cover.
Family CyberEdge is automatically included in all new business and renewal policies with an effective date from 9 December 2019.
When cover is confirmed your Private Client Group underwriter will ask you to confirm a contact email address for your client.
Upon receiving the client’s email address from AIG, CyberScout will invite the policyholder to activate their subscription services.
CyberScout values data privacy and never shares your client’s email
address with third parties.
3. Following activation, the policyholder is able toaccess the additional benefits included under their selected level of cover.
