OUT. CASTLE - NIGHT We are outside the castle and zoom to the front door of the castle and wait, the camera pans up looking at the spider and slowly walks in.

INT. CASTLE - NIGHT

As we enter more closely into the reception area the door behind slams shut and we look back and a shadow can be seen vaguely on the left side. We look around the place and look back to the front and far back a silhouette like figure.

Next shot the character zooms forward and takes off her hood to reveal her face.

VADRASTEIA(Romanian accent) Welcome to my castle.... I am Vadrasteia and the Queen of Vamosquitia. You humans are unaware of our powers. We are the creators of Malaria and we will kill you before you even know.

VADRASTEIAHaha,Let me show you something... Follow me...

We follow the character's footsteps and stop at a door. She opens the door. An establishing shot we see what is inside, staircase that leads downstairs. We follow her downstairs and far away a gentle light from a tunnel like hole. We get closer to find ourselves inside a place that looks familiar and similar to the inside of a body.

INT. HUMAN TUNNEL. FANTASY

VADRASTEIAThe process starts with I injecting my saliva into the bloodstream Also known as the sporozoite(parazite)

One will fly past her

We go in further to see the sporozoite entering the liver cells and infecting it

VADRASTEIANow this is where the sporozoites attack the liver cells and multiply to create merozoites,(a multiple of them a are called Schizont,the liver cells will burst and release it to the bloodstream. We take the left exit following the merozoites as they invade the erythrocytes(red bloodcells) they multiply again and burst.

VADRASTEIAHere you can see them invade the red blood cells and they burst again, (Hahaha) ( She looks at us)

VADRASTEIAThese merozoites will attack the bloodcells and create a ring like structure and then to a trophozoite, these multiply to produce merozoites.

We fly up and see two different colour cells, the Gametocytes Male and Female.

VADRASTEIAAt last we have the Gametocytes these derive from the merozoites. One of our unaffected anopheles will inject into the human body and suck the blood, these Gametocytes will produce Zygotes,then Oocyst, multiplying to parasites from there we are back to the start and this mosquito will bite another human like you.

INT.CASTLE - NightThe character snaps her fingers We come back to the castle reception in a blink.

VADRASTEIAYou Humans shall fear our powers and nothing will destroy us... HAHAHAHAHHA (spray of water from the side)

VADRASTEIAShe faints automatically ( her legs moving a bit but dies)

Camera zooms out the castle and screen goes black.
