Which Other Goods are available*? a) Marshalls Value-Addition-Offer (VAO-73) is applicable to all Products across the board covered by Marshalls in all Showrooms including Furnishings Brand Elite-Living* (*located in Marshalls House Worli, Marshalls Plaza Navi Mumbai, Marshalls Andheri and Marshalls Thane) b) VAO-73 is also applicable on all Products & Services @ MRP offered by Aps. c) Exclusions from VAO-73: Modular Furniture, Wall-preparations, tailoring costs in Elite, Hamali, transportation costs to Customer's site & return cost where required,and such others are excluded from the scope of VAO-73. 2 VAO amount is applicable only on AP's Product or even on Services (transport, Installation, misc) ? VAO-73 shall NOT be applicable on local or intercity transport, P&F, Hamali, Wall preparation or other such charges which are outside the direct scope of the product functioning. 3. What is the After-Sale-Service Policy for AP's product ? Only Billing is done by Marshalls but the Product Warranty and Services are provided by the Aps or their Principals. 4. What is the minimum and maximum subscription ? There is a minimum subscription amount under VAO-73 for MMR Customers `10,000 However there is no maximum amount or upper limit. Thus, one can subscribe to any higher amount, say `1 Lakh, `5 Lakh, `10 Lakh or more. 6. If any subscriber does the online payment then when to give the receipt to the Customer ? The Receipt is System Generated by Marshalls ANMOL System and offered to the Customer immediately once the Customer confirms the proof of payment done to Marshalls. 7. Can VAO-73 be subscribed to & redeemed anywhere across India ? This Receipt is valid for purchase of Goods offered by Marshalls & AP at any of the Participating Showrooms across MMR & other places (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & others, Delhi NCR, Pune, Vapi and Bengaluru). 8. What is the time period for redemption ? There is no time limit or expiry date to redeem the benefit of VAO-73. 9. Is part redemption allowed ? Yes, The amount deposited can be part used on multiple occasions and the balance amount is carried forward for an indefinite period, without expiry date or it can also be refunded as per the Terms of Refund. 10. While redeeming VAO-73 can other schemes also be redeemed. While redeeming VAO-73 benefit, no other promotion schemes or concessions or discounts or Buy Back Offer or Reward Points can be clubbed. 11. What if the subscriber's cheque is bounced ? For bounced cheque, the issuer is informed about it and on receiving his confirmation the cheque is re-deposited with a Compensation amount of `400. However if Customer does not advise redeposit then the scheme is by default auto cancelled. Receipt if issued gets auto NULL & VOID. 12. When can a subscriber redeem ? One can redeem immediately after realisation & verification of the subscribed amount (which is approx 1 week from date of payment). 13. Can I withdraw from VAO-73 and seek a refund of my balance amount ? a) Upto a balance amount of 10% of the subscribed amount, can be Refunded on receiving request letter along with Receipt, immediately and without any deduction (except for payments received where bank charges are levied). b) However Refund of Balance amount above 10% is allowed without any deductions or admin charges, after the MMT “MIND-MAKEUP TIME”. The MMT is ONE year from the date of Receipt. c) However if demanded for Refund within the MMT-Period, it shall be considered as Forced Withdrawal and subject to 25% Deductions of the Refundable Amount. 14. How to claim Refund ? a) When seeking Refund of balance unutilized amount, Original Receipt along with request- letter is required to be given to the Showroom from where the VAO-73 is subscribed or Courier it to Marshalls HO address: The CMD’s Office, Marshalls, 108, Kakad Udyog Bhavan, L J Road, Mahim Mumbai 400 016. b) The refund is only made by a cross order cheque and shall be couriered to the address reflected on the receipt. No hand delivery is encouraged. c) Unutilised amount can be refunded online also, original reciept along with request letter can be scanned and posted to [email protected] or request can be made on marshalls VAO app.\ d) Online refund made direct to bank of the subscriber. 15. Can VAO-73 be re-subscribed or renewed or topped-up ? No Top-up is allowed after the closure of the VAO-73. 16. How can I subscribe to VAO-73? How much CASH can be deposited ? 1. VAO-73 is for the Principal amount received at par by Cash#, Cheque*, Online Payments (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) or Credit/Debit Cards, Paytm. 2. Subscribe from the convenience of your home, office or while you are travelling… Yes, one can do e-transfers such as IMPS, NEFT, RTGS. 3. Receipts shall be in multiples of 10k only. 4. Payments can be received via paytm of any amount. So in showrooms where Credit Card Machine is not available, customer can scan our paytm code and pay from their digital wallet like paytm or PhonePe or Google pay or Amazon pay etc. Our Bank Account details are: Marshalls Enterprise India Pvt. CASH collected ` 50,000 or more shall be subject to Self attested PAN Card Copy being attached (option for attachment provided in the ANMOL System). 6. CASH amount in single name for `2 Lakhs and more not permitted even if PAN Card details provided. This norm is to be strictly followed as per IT Rules. Thus Maximum amount that can be received is `1.99 Lakhs. 7. *In case a cheque bounces for any reason, but credited outside the scheme period, the offer is auto withdrawn. Kindly note, the cheque bouncing charges of `400 shall be applicable. 8. For payments received by Cheques, Credit/Debit Cards, NEFT/RTGS or Direct Bank Transfers any amount can be received. 17. Customer to make the cheque payment to AP showroom under Marshalls Name or AP's Name ? All payments are accepted ONLY in favour of Marshalls Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. In this respect various collection options are being provided. % 731. Is VAO-73 only for wallcoverings? Which Other Goods are available*?

a) Marshalls Value-Addition-Offer (VAO-73) is applicable to all Products across the board

5. What is the minimum and maximum subscription ?

There is a minimum subscription amount under VAO-73 for MMR Customers `10,000

However there is no maximum amount or upper limit. Thus, one can subscribe to any higher

amount, say ̀ 1 Lakh, ̀ 5 Lakh, ̀ 10 Lakh or more.
