Currently, thousands of refugees are literally living on the streets
because appropriate accommodation is not available. With our modu-
lar accommodation system, we can provide a low cost and fast solu-
tion that offers dignified accommodation for people. Our turnkey buil-
dings can be erected fast. With a variety of flexible options these buil-
dings can be modified without major alterations and are therefore de-
signed for long term lifespans and for various usages such as tem-
porary accommodation of refugees or permanent council housing. We
offer all the necessary building works, including planning, together in
one package. This provides the client with security in regard to cost,
time schedule and quality. Our modular accommodation concept inclu-
des the following benefits:

The basic module offers the following
A building can be erected individually from 3 different module types.
The modules are all two stories high.
The A module brings with it the circulation areas, stairwell and entry
point, and it is possible for a lift to be fitted at a later stage should this
be needed. The B module consists of four apartments with 43 m² lett-
able floor area each. The apartments of this module can be used as
dwellings or for alternative purposes such as community room, office,
canteen etc. Furthermore, there is both a storage and shower/toilet
accessible from the hallway. Module C encompasses four apartments
each with a lettable space of 60 m². These apartments offer for instance
three rooms, a bathroom and storage room.
The basic model is a combination of the A Module, together with 2 units
of the B and C modules.

cally no modifications to the interior and floor plan. For example, refugee accommo-
dation or council housing.

external landscaping can be altered to suit, too. We offer a wide pallet of additional
