The development team is always working to integrate new, beautiful and functional improvements, so this may look slightly different for you depending on when you are reading and when the Guide was most-recently updated.













What to do Next Once you’ve become comfortable with your dashboard, you’ll want to be sure to gain membership to the private Facebook group (you’ll find the link in your dashboard). Within the group, in addition to the expert coaching units from Stephen Munson, you will also find the camaraderie, support and additional tips and training shared by many of our experienced participants. Invite your Prospects to the Discover Heal group on Facebook This is the only group you may invite your interested friends and acquaintances to so that they may explore Heal for themselves to decide if it is right for them. It is advisable to have individual conversations first, and if someone is interested, share your timestamp sign-up link with them to secure their position before inviting them to the Facebook group. This will help ensure your person is already connected to you should they choose to activate their Heal VIP coaching. Ask your prospects to enter their proper names and preferred email account when registering for their timestamp. Sometimes, people sign up with just “Sue” or “SuccessToday” as a “name”, and then when it comes time for the administrative team to add them to the appropriate group, it is very difficult and time consuming to determine who they are. There may be 320 people listed in Heal records as just “Sue”. Also, Facebook names can be very different from real names, so please be sure to ask your new signups to answer the group entry questions. The questions are simply their Heal ID (or timestamp) number and the email address they have used to register with Heal. The ID number can be found in the middle of the long link on most of the early welcome emails, and is also located at the end of every affiliate link in the Marketing section of the dashboard. Stepping into Leadership and Answering Common Questions The following sections cover many of the most commonly asked questions. We’re nearing the end of this Fast Track Guide, but please do read until the end for some important direct links and quick resource answers. As a Heal VIP, you’ll be looked up to for advice and guidance from those who have signed up to your affiliate links. You’ll want to be able to point to the basic answers and available resources when asked. If you’re unsure, have your team member email [email protected]. This is a good time to familiarize yourself with Heal and to begin learning how to emulate some of the top leaders in the industry. Of course you won’t want to get in the habit, or get bogged down with, “doing things FOR” those on your team, but at the same time, you won’t want to “leave anyone hanging” either. The most productive way to approach the role of leadership is to show by example, encourage your team members to take initiative for themselves without being bossy or uncaring, and never allow team members to engage in arguing, blaming, complaining or negativity with you. The goal is respect, empowerment, encouragement and a positive attitude. Commissions Even though Heal is not focused simply on monetary gain, we realize that a big reason people choose Heal is for the potential commissions earnings. Much of this information has been presented in the slide on page 6, so we’ll just cover a few common questions here. Again, only ACTIVE Heal VIPs are eligible to earn commissions.

Anyone can purchase any product without being an active Heal VIP, however, they will not be able to earn any commissions if referring others to the product. Directly-referred digital purchases result in commissions of between 35-50% for the active Heal VIP who already owns the product and shares their affiliate link with the purchaser. Direct-referred physical products sales result in between 20% commissions. Payouts are disbursed each Friday for the period ending 7 days prior to the current payout date to accommodate the Refund Policy period. You will receive an email invitation to set up an account with Payquicker upon disbursement of your first payout. This invitation may show up in your filtered mail or spam. Payquicker is an FDIC-insured financial institution. You will be able to receive one free Visa debit card with your Payquicker account. Additional cards are available for a small fee. At this time, anyone residing within the United States may link their personal bank and transfer funds from Payquicker to their other bank account. Heal has Payquicker authorization to pay out commissions to those residing within the list of countries located at the bottom of the Commissions page. For those not listed, you may still participate in Heal to receive earnings and a Heal Visa debit card from Payquicker to make purchases, but you will not be able to convert those funds to your own currency unless Heal establishes authorization within that country. Additional authorizations may later be sought for those countries in which substantial consumer and affiliate activity is already occurring. If you have received commissions payments prior to requesting a refund, you may be required to return the commissions that were already sent to you. At the time of refund request, you will be given easy instructions for returning these commissions to Heal. ALL refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than midnight EST of the 7th day after the date of purchase. Providing that the above qualifications have been met, your refund will be processed and returned to your method of payment on file. ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your account with Heal at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days after the date of purchase will NOT result in a refund of purchases made, however, you will not be billed additional amounts as long as you cancel 72 hours prior to your next scheduled automatic billing date. Always seek the guidance of your medical team if you have a health concern, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medications.” Other Common Questions Many of the most common questions are covered in the FAQ document (linked above), however, here are some additional questions often addressed by the Heal Support Staff. How long will it take to receive my Visa debit card from Payquicker? Generally, it takes a couple of weeks for US residents and can take up to 4-6 weeks for international residents to





receive their Heal Visa debit card from Payquicker after the card has been ordered. You can follow up directly with Payquicker by emailing [email protected]. Does Heal send emails to those who have signed up for a free Timestamp, or should I do this? Heal sends follow-up emails to everyone in the system. You may wish to receive permission from each of your team members first in order to maintain compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Keep in mind that people have “opted in” to receive email from Heal, so a separate opt-in may be a good practice if you want to email people from your own account. What happens if I can’t pay the next Heal VIP payment on time? As soon as you know that you will be short for the next payment, send an email to [email protected]. Heal offers a small grace period (typically up to 72 hours) for payment, or you may resume your deactivated account later, when you’re ready, by logging in and making a new payment. How do I know who signed up with my link on an ad that I have placed? Sometimes it is very difficult to determine who signed up with one of our affiliate links, especially when they have used a cryptic name or email address. Aside from searching for this person on social media or emailing directly, you may need to wait until they reach out to you personally. This scenario is a good example of why it is beneficial to have one-on-one communications rather than blasting links randomly online. Can I change my Heal sponsor? When you sign up for a Timestamp, the person you are joining with is clearly visible. Please make sure you’ve chosen the referral link you had intended to join with. In rare cases, when ALL 3 parties agree, Heal can help you make sponsor corrections. Where can I get help if my sponsor is inactive or unresponsive? Everyone within Heal is like “one big team”.
