Preparing the bedding with Sika FastFix-133TPand aggregates and
then placing the block paviours(slightly dampened).
At least 24 hours later, fill the joints with freshly mixed Sika
FastFix-133TP. Trowel the mate-rial well into the clean, prepared
joints.
Remove any excess material with a plastic scraper.Before the
grouting mortar has hardened, clean thepavement with a low pressure
water jet, taking care not to blow out the material from the
joints.
After full hardening of the grouting mortar (approxi-mately 24
hours) finish the cleaning process using high pressure water
jetting.
Pre-dampen the prepared substrate and spread the mixed Sika
FastFix-1TP onto the surface.
Place and adjust the kerb to position and level in the freshly
placed mortar. Remove any excess material and fill the joints with
freshly mixed Sika FastFix-1TP.
Sika FastFix-138TPGeneral Bedding/Fixing Mortar
2 hours later: open to traffic
Placing Sika FastFix-138TP as a beddingmortar mixed to a
semi-dry consistency. Adjustingthe level of the manhole frame.
Pouring Sika FastFix-138TP to grout themanhole cover mixed to a
pourable consistency.
Finishing of Sika FastFix-138TP before ithardens.
