According t o the American Inst ikute of Architects, usually the archi tect wha signs off on the plans is the one who 'gets "credit". However, t h i s doesn't appear i n any offical recard. Since Richard Neutro died before final approval was given on the plans, technically he should not be given credi-t. That shauld go to his Ran, or whoever's name is an the plans.
