The FC Spokane vision is to:

• Develop a curriculum and training environment that allows players the opportunity to meet their personal desires.

Youth Development Program Example

Example U8, U9, and U10 Youth Development

Players are FC Spokane members but participate in the SpVjsa leagues

Seasons remain the same but players are exposed to:

Professional training (age group training)

Introduction to club soccer

Developmental games and tournaments

Youth Development Academy sessions included (at least one per week)

Prepare for FC Spokane select/premier programs

Two training sessions per week with team

Youth Development Director oversight and guidance

Team Program Examples

Example 1: U11-U18 Select Teams (Grey) Summer, Fall, and Spring Season (Winter Indoor optional) Summer Training (3-4 local tournaments) + Fall and Spring COPA league season (high school aged teams

one season only) Director of Coaching oversight and guidance

Example 2 : U12-U18 Classic Teams (White) Year round play (3-4 tournaments) + Fall and Spring league season (high school aged teams one season

All Players for FC Spokane are required to purchase FC Spokane Diadora home/away/training kits.

Financial Aid

A core belief of FC Spokane club is to provide players with an equal opportunity to access advanced development soccer without regard to a particular player or family’s ability to pay.• Club fee is eligible to receive financial assistance• Blind and confidential review process assured• All financial aid applications need to be turned in no later than June 1st 2015

Obligation of Award Recipients:• It is the expectation of FC Spokane that recipients of financial aid demonstrate dedication through

consistent attendance at team practices and games.• FC Spokane does not provide financial assistance for uniforms or team costs.

Payment Fees & Schedules

• Initial commitment payment due at the time of registration – 25% club fee

• FC Spokane accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, or cash

• Payment plans are available and will be divided into 5 equal payments after initial payment

• All fees should be paid by October 31st 2015

Payment Fees & Schedules

If you choose to use the payment plan, your program fees are auto-debited in five monthly installments.

Here are some things to consider:• You will be required to provide credit card information for payments plans• The initial commitment fee is due at the time of registration• The follow-on payments will be automatically pulled from your credit/debit card on the same day each

month based on the day that you registered your player and paid the commitment fee.• Upon commitment to a team, you are financially responsible for all Club fees as stated for the entire

playing year.• Delinquent or failed payments will be cause to pull the player’s player card until the account is brought

current.

Team Accounts & Finance

Team Financial Management:

Teams manage their own finances for team-specific costs, i.e.• Tournaments, optional equipment, travel, and anything the team decides to do.• These accounts will be managed by the team treasurer/team manager

Each team has a volunteer Treasurer and/or Manager to handle Team finances:• Each team must develop a budget at the beginning of the season and collect a Team Fee from each

parent• Fees vary depending on level of play• Team budget template worksheet is provided by the club• All budgets are to be turned into the club at the end of the year• Team accounts stay with the team and roll forward to the next season

Financial Governance

• The club provided over $25,000.00 in Financial Aid for the 2014/2015 year

Looking ahead to 2015/2016• The Club is facing increased operating cost including winter field rental, referee cost, US Club player/staff

registration & insurance.• Fundraising is gaining traction with our annual summer tournaments and auction dinner.

It is the goal of FC Spokane to have all programs operate at a modest margin so as to be able to contribute to a reserve, a facility fund, and our scholarship program.
