Technical Delegate Final Report
This form must be signed by the parties concerned and sent to the FIVB upon conclusion of the event.
Dear Technical Delegates,
We strongly recommend that you study the points/areas covered in the Final Report before the start of the competition, so you can keep track of relevant things during the event.
To answer a question in the Final Report;1- You may be asked to summarise the challenges and your recommendation. Please try to
detail as much as possible.
2- If you see , simply click to the respective area and enter text or number.
3- If you see , click on the arrow and either rate from 1 to 5 or select answer as appropriate.
Rates between 1-51=Very Poor2=Insufficient3=Sufficient4=Very Good5=Excellent
4- You are also kindly requested to insert pictures related to the respective point/area whenever it is required.
Returning Final Report to FIVB: In case the size of the Final Report is too large to send by an email, please use WeTransfer.com or upload the file to DAM. In both cases, please share the download link with the Project Manager of your event.
Returning Pictures to FIVB: Please also send separately the pictures included in the Final Report, to preserve the quality of the images.
