First Communion and Confirmation If you have a child making their First Holy Communion or Confirmation this
year please mark the following dates on your calendar:
Monday, April 23 - Testing for all First Communion Candidates not in ICA or St Dominics (boys and girls)
Monday, April 30 - Retesting for First Communion Candidates not in ICA or St Dominics
Monday, May 7 - Testing for all Confirmation Candidates not attending ICA or St Dominics
Monday, May 14 - Retesting for Confirmation Candidates not attending ICA or St Dominics
Saturday May 19 - Recollection with Franciscan Sisters for ALL First Communicants (boys and girls) 9am - 3 pm.
Sunday, May 20 - First Communion Ceremony at 8:30 am Mass (all boys and girls not attending St Dominics)
Friday, June 1 - 2:30 - 5:30 pm Recollection at ICC for all Confirmands
Saturday, June 2 - Confirmation Ceremony at ICC (Time will be announced later.)
Please note that if you do not have a copy of the Minimum Knowledge sheet for either of these sacraments, please stop
by the church office to obtain one. Children will be tested upon the information contained in these sheets. Registra-
tion forms for these Sacraments will be out in March.

Pilgrim Virgin Statue Start the year off right and host The Fatima Pilgrim Virgin Statue in 2018. A sign-up sheet
will be in the vestibule after each Mass Today. Sign up early to get the week you want.
Epiphany Water and Chalk have been blessed and are available in the vestibule for you to take home and use.
The house blessing prayer is available with the chalk so don’t forget to take a copy.

St Dominic’s:

We invite you to join us for the 9th and 10th graders’ performances of T. S. Eliot’s Murder in the Cathedral on Satur-
day, January 13th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 14th at 2:30 p.m. in the auditorium. You are also welcome to stay
for Compline on Saturday evening after the play or to sing Sunday Vespers with us on the feast of the Holy Family
after the Sunday performance.
