In the backend, the business function Data Collation - Process Orchestration (/TOP/SFW_TP_BF) needs to be activated if you want to use Process Orchestration.

Ticket Workbench
In most cases the ticket will be created through an interface. It is also possible to use a XLS upload or an internal BAPI call. It holds all relevant data received.Whileprocessingtheticketitrunsthroughdifferentstagesperformingdefinedaction.Thefirststageusually is the mapping of external data to SAP S/4HANA nomenclature.
The App allows to create, change, delete or display a ticket. The user can as well copy a ticket, modify the data content and save as a new ticket.

Configure Processes
TheProcessDocumentisthedefiningthebusinessprocess [item category set] to be performed. In configurationthefieldsofatickettypearedefinedwhich have to be used to determine the relevant process document.
It also acts as a data container for necessary SAP S/4HANAdatafieldswhichareneededforperformtheprocessing.
The App allows to create, change, delete, or display a process document.
Process documents are considered as master data, any changes to a process are logged.

Map Data
Thegenericmappingworkbenchallowstodefinemapping from external data to SAP S/4HANA nomenclature.
The table itself is part of the product and therefor available in STE installations. Using this table and the associatedconfigurationthereisnoneedtocreateZ-tables for mapping.
Themappingtypedefinestheexternaldatakeyfieldsand the attributes which will be derived from those.The App allows to create, change, delete, or display mapping records.

Upload Tickets
Besides creating tickets through an inbound interface process the upload tool provides opportunity to upload ticketsfromanExcelfile.Thishasmultipleusecases,e.g. build test cases and trigger these with the XLS or integrate locations with no direct interface.
The user can download a template XLS to start with.
TouploadafiletheusercanusethefilepickerfunctiontofindtherightXLS.
Afteruploadingthecontentoftheselectedfile,theuser gets a list of tickets created based on his/her inputfile. TouploadafiletheusercanusethefilepickerfunctiontofindtherightXLS.

Control Panel
The Control Panel is the main end user tool.
It gives the user an overview of the ticket processing. Userscanfilterbyallavailableticketfieldsincludingerror numbers.
SAP Users can drill into PAT reports, and all SAP documents created.
They can launch mass processing for continuation, reversal, re-processing, or deactivation.

New Item Category for Data Collation
The new item category LVPL is available for Data Collation.
Remaining Quantity at the Beginning of the Tour with Reference to Unloading.
This item category creates the reloading of remaining quantity at the beginning of a tour with reference to the DC document which contains a corresponding unloading to the remaining quantity storage.
Used for Document Categories: FWDAGENT, VEHICLE, IDMVEHICLE
To be Cancelled by Item Categories: XVPL Cancellation for Remaining Quantity at the Beginning of the Tour
This item category always refers to a successfully posted item category LVPL. All movements previously posted by means of these item categories will be cancelled.
