ChannelsWant to make it easy for you and your colleagues to share the right content at the right time, say hello Channels!
Sorting your content into different channels and subchannels allows you to invite specific colleagues to specific channel, thereby giving you full control over which employees share what content.
Because we want to make employee advocacy as easy as possible for you, channels can have 2 settings, permanent and fixed-time, this enables you to have time-limited campaigns without risking someone sharing content a day after the campaign finished.
Just set a channel as fixed-time, add the date your campaign finishes and the channel will archive itself.

Want to make sure all content is appropriate and compliant with company policies? Meet the feature that will save you all of the worry!
When an admin creates a post on SoAmpli the post is shareable straight away (you will see the rocket and ‘Share’ button will be red).
When an advocate creates a post it will be unshareable until it’s been approved by an admin or an amplifier (an advocate you trust to monitor content).
This allows for you to really include you colleagues in the employee advocacy program without any risk of the wrong type of content being shared.
Creating a Post
Don’t want to log in every time you want a post available to share? We’re here to help!
When creating a post on SoAmpli to be available for your colleagues to share, you have the option of publishing the post straight away or preparing the content in advance and scheduling the post to be available at a later date.
You could create posts months in advance and have them published when you want your colleagues to start sharing the content. This way your colleagues always see fresh content when they log in but without you having to work harder, our automation does it for you.

Don’t want to waste time logging in every time you want to share to social media? No worries, we’ve got you covered!
With our 3 different scheduling options you can share instantly, manually schedule when you want the post shared (you can schedule it to repost multiple times straight away) or use our automated queue function.
That way all you need is 5-10 minutes Monday morning and you’ll be set for the week.

On the right-hand side you can always find our “What’s trending” section, this will help you source great content in no time.
You can sort the content based on Clicks, Reach and Shares. All you have to do to share is hover the cursor over the post you like and click the little “Share” button.

Use the Email Digests feature to send content straight into your colleagues inbox.
If you have posts in mind you would like shared or if you want to remind them to share, you can easily schedule a digest.
They’ll receive an email with your message and miniature posts so they can click and share.

We are!
The Leaderboard feature allows for friendly competition between colleagues. It scores advocates on clicks, posts and shares. Running a competition or giving away prizes is made really easy, you (and your colleagues) always have access to the Leaderboard with real-time stats so there’s full transparency when it comes to ranking.

Content import and social listening all in one!
Discover lets you import content based on RSS feeds, Twitter handles, Twitter hashtags, LinkedIn company pages and Facebook company pages. As soon as you add a source SoAmpli will start importing the content, all you have to do if you want to share it is press the “Amp” button and it will be available to share for you and your colleagues.
