After reviewing over 400 suggestions, we are excited to announce the IBK Explorer as the chosen newsletter name, submitted by Patty Thomas. Patty and her husband, Tim, have been property owners for sixteen years, building their first chalet in 2005 and retiring to their forever home on Alpine Lake in 2016. "I wanted to find one word that represented each person at Innsbrook, no matter what age or their interests. Hence, everyone likes to explore," explained Patty. "From the first founders of Innsbrook, to the modern day explorer on the trails or lakes, to people finding their own path in the active community, everyone explores life at IBK." If you'd like Innsbrook to clear your driveway for $40 per service (after snowfalls of three inches or more in a single day), call to be put on the list for full season snow removal service. IBK 50TH ANNIVERSARY WALL CALENDAR COMING SOON!The 50th anniversary 2021 wall calendars were delivered to the post office on December 30, but are delayed due to the USPS nationwide COVID-19 related staff shortage. FITNESS CENTER CLASSES: WINTER HOURS AND CLASS UPDATESThe fitness center is now open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Only six guests at a time, for 30 minutes. Must be 18, with no symptoms of illness. FISHING CLUB NEWSTrout Fishing at InnsbrookTrout fishing is still available this winter in the Park Pond off Meadow Valley Drive and in Charrette Commons Pond, behind the stage. Catch and release or harvest two trout per day per angler. The Commons pond has a water circulator installed to keep water open during the colder weather. Hope you enjoy some winter time fishing!
