The average dealership spends approximately $55,000 a year on training. Let’s be more specific. Dealers spend money making sure that sales personnel, service managers, parts managers, technicians and service advisors are receiving training. Owners expect us to seek this information on our own time. ADOMA offers monthly seminars as well as a 3 day conference once a year and a mini conference to gear up for the upcoming year. NADA training – 4x yr $3500 each time and that doesn’t, include food & travel expense.
