Children fall behind when they miss a lot of school and are tardy. It is important for students to be at school and be here on time. We are
working hard to monitor the attendance policies set by the state.
I know as a parent, emergencies happen but we have had an enor-
mous amount of children being picked up 15 to 30 minutes before
2:45PM. This disrupts the class and students miss out on understand-ing homework assignments and announcements. Please help us by
keeping children at school till the end of the day.
Attendance and Tardies
VALENTINE’S DAY is February 14th. If you are sending valentine’s to school, please make sure that your child brings one for every class
member. Class lists are available in the office.
Cold Weather!!!
A friendly reminder to send your
child with the appropriate clothing.
Our recess is 30 minutes and stu-
dents need to have a warm coat,

If you want to limit your young-
ster’s TV time, try this idea. Eve-
ry week, give him or her seven
slips of paper. Each is good for
an hour of television. Remind
him or her to plan ahead for ex-
ample, if he or she wants to
watch a two-hour movie on Sat-
urday, he or she will need to
save an extra ticket during the
week.
