FedEx SME Export Research, a commissioned report study of 4,500 European small and medium sized enterprises conducted by Harris Interactive on behalf of FedEx. Senior Executives representing a mix of company sizes: micro (1-9 full-time employees), small (10-49 full-time employees) and medium (50-249 full-time employees), were interviewed online and by telephone.
