FEE NOTICE

ODD SEMESTERAll students are requested to note the schedule of payment of fee for the 3rd ,5thth Semester:

1Without late feeTill 28th July, 2015 (TUESDAY)

2With late fee of Rs. 50/- per dayTill 7th August,2015 (FRIDAY)

3With late fee of Rs. 7500/-Till 27th August, 2015 (THURSDAY)

Notes:

1. In case the fee is not paid by the last date of deposit as per 3 above, the name of the student would be struck off the rolls and he / she will have to seek re-admission by paying an amount of Rs. 15,000/-. Re-admission is at the discretion of the institution authorities.

Procedure for deposit of fee

Step 1: Students should generate their individual `Kotak Bank Fee Deposit Slip by logging on to their Amizone account and clicking the link `Fee.Step 2: Students should attach any of the following to the `Kotak Bank Fee Deposit Slip:a) By way of cheques payable at par at the respective campus of the student (Only CBS cheques) in favour of `Amity Global Business School. No outstation cheques will be accepted. A cheque dishonour fee of Rs. 500/- will be levied over & above the late fee. orb) By way of pay order payable at the respective campus of the student in favour of `Amity Global Business School orStep 3: Deposit the fees with any Kotak Bank Branch. The Bank will give one copy the deposit slip as acknowledgement.Step 4: Students can also deposit fees by electronic transfer to Kotak Bank for which details are as follows.

(ii) Enrolment number

(iii) Bank Name from Which NEFT done

(iv) Account Name from which NEFT done

(v) Amount

(vi) Date of transfer. Also attach screen shot/ scanned copy of NEFT receipt

Please note that not giving correct information regarding transfer may attract fine as per rules.

Please note that:-

1. NO CASH is accepted by the bank or institution for deposit of fee.

2. The fee may alternatively be deposited at the Campus between 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM on any working day. The Campus will in turn deposit it at the nearest Kotak Bank Branch.3. There is NO requirement of mentioning the bank account number of Kotak on the fee deposit slip4. List of Kotak Branches where Fee can be deposited is given as separate list.
