Out of 378 students who have given feedback, 162 are from

BA course, 151 from B. Com, 41 from BBA and 24 are from

B. Sc

Out of 378 students who have given feedback, 166 are from

First Year, 103 from Second year and 109 from Final year

students.

From the above chart we can say that majority of the students are in the positive opinion about overall syllabus. We can interpret that; majority of the

students are saying syllabus creating intertest on them and are saying that link between the chapter is good. Though majority of them are satisfied

with the availability of reference books and fulfilment expectations of the syllabus but still few number students are not satisfied.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN/TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE

• The college has not any flexibility to make any correction on the syllabus, but some of our college teachers are in the

BOS/BOE members who will look after in the issue

• Majority of the books available in our college are reference books. We will consistently focus on subscribing for

referred books in the library.

2. Feedback Report of Students on Teachers-2019-20

Our college has 13 full time faculty members and 22 Guest faculty members.

The above graph shows the feedback of the students on teachers which shows majority of the faculty members are fulfilling all the parameters of

feedback. We can interpret from the following ways:

• Regularity to class, Preparation, subject knowledge of the faculty members is very good

• Presentation and communication skill, Knowledge on ICT, Time management, Internal assessment process, availability outside the class and

Guidance and mentoring is good

• Few faculty members regarding Knowledge on ICT, time management and presentation and communication is average.

• Overall effectiveness of the faculty members of the college is very good and Good

ACTION TO BE TAKEN/TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE

• The Principal/HODs/IQAC has been monitoring and observing the performance of the faculty members on a regular basis.

• The Principal and IQAC will call the students on a random basis on weekly basis and check/enquire them about the faculty

teaching.

• Informal meeting by the principal/ HODs with faculty members who has not much satisfied feedback from the students.

Majority of the teachers are Assistant professor teachers and Guest faculty. 55 % of the teachers are Female.

From the above table and graph, we can analyse that majority of the faculty members are satisfied with the all the parameters towards the college.

Further we can interpret in the following ways:

Majority of the faculty members are said that The Committee/BOS is taking care to ensure the relevance of the course and outcomes of the course

and syllabus are well defined. Further they said very good Institution academic calendar of events is designed and implemented and IQAC is working

for quality improvement.

Some of the faculty members are saying Supporting infrastructure like Toilet, Drinking Water, Canteen, Parking facilities are available is average

and poor.

Suggestions/Feedback for the Improvement of College

• The IQAC team doing great thing it should be continued.

• Need more infrastructure and facilities

• Research resources has to be nurtured in the institution

• Required a greater number of computers and class rooms

• College is really going well with all the limitations.

• Conferences, workshops, certificate courses can be done

ACTION TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE

• Focusing more supporting of teachers in the research area.

• For infrastructure development all the measures taken to expand the building premises by requesting more grants from

the department, CDC and RUSA.

• Encouraging all the teachers to take active in publishing articles/journals and books

The above table and graph depict that the alumni satisfaction towards college. Majority of the alumni are Highly satisfied with academic,

administration support and Staff responsive when they visit to the college.

Majority of the alumni said that Faculty members are reachable for guidance and support, teaching, learning and administration is very good. Further

they are in the opinion that Alumni members are encouraged to provide valuable suggestions for the growth of the institution and Head of the

institution is accessible is Good. Few of them said Alumni Association / Network and Platform is provided for regular interaction with current students

is Poor.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN/TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE

• Alumni Association has formed but waiting for to be registered. Once it registered, we are planning to encourage them

for financial and non-financial support for the development of the college.

• Encouraging alumni to conduct the meetings on a regular basis.

• Most of the Alumni has have regular contact with the college by way of special talk, placement assistance and support.

• Encouraging all the alumni to form the social media group of the college and share their valuable opinions and

suggestions.

From the table and graph, we can interpret that majority of the employer of the alumni students are satisfied with them with reference to

Communication skills, Commitment and group and leadership skills. They are also said syllabus and curriculum is good. This is the good sign that

our alumni is doing good in the place they are working.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN/TAKEN BY THE COLLEGE

• We have regular contact with the employer through our College placement cell.

• Requesting to conduct the workshop, seminars and placement support to our students.

• We have already had Memorandum of Understanding with some of the organisation.

• Will contact with more number od employers in the future through our alumni association
