• Another area where this emotional element plays a part is in the accuracy of the feedback.
• Sometimes the feedback will communicate something that the user do not know / already knows.• ‘It’s cold outside, isn’t it?’ • ‘Gosh, the server is running slowly, isn’t it?’

• It was difficult to make the users trust the rest of the feedback that the system was giving when the first bit was so blatantly wrong.
