    In some ways it can be related to an avatar that youuse for your mission on earth. You control it, sure, justas you would control a character in a computer game.While that computer avatar may seem real to a gamer

    others in the game and see the effects

    thatavatar is notreality.

    Computer games can be prettyresilient.

    After you screw up in a game, you can often re-spawnor restart to keep on going where you left off.

    Some losses to your charactermight be there, but the effectsarent really that long lasting.

    Now, imagine thata human playing acomputer gamemade decisionson how to takecare of hisphysical bodylike when to eat,sleep, and allthatbased onhow his computeravatar wasfaring.

    While playing the game, this fellowwho is quiteconsumed in the funmight miss his dinner.

    as before.

    Eating my dinner had no effect onmy avatars performance in this

    game. Eating must not really matter.Skiiiiiip!

    While skipping a physical meal may seem to have no immediateeffect on the avatar in the game, it does affect the real you.And eventually if you skip your meals often enough, it willaffect even the representation of you in the game.

    When you go for a day or two without eating, you lose focus,you feel weak,

    yougetdistractedbyhungerpangs,andthataffectsyourgameplay

    you startmissing stuff,screwing upmore often,

    and bumming out the restof your team.

    The same can be said for your spiritualmealsyour time with Me. You cant just

    look at the physical effects of our timetogether to determine whether

    or not its reallydoing anything

    for you,

    because you may not notice the physical effects right away.

    Instead, you have to look at the real you, your spirit,which is controlling your body in this physical world.

    Dont get sowrapped up inyour physicalyou that youthink that thischaracter is allthat matters. Theinner youyourspiritis hungryfor spiritualnourishment andneeds time todo those thingsthat keep youalive and on topof your game.

    Your spiritualmeals matter andmake a differencein your spiritual

    performance, whichdirectly affects

    your physicalperformance. So

    whether or not youfeel or see those

    effects immediatelyphysically or in

    your physical world,believe that it doesmatter, because thespiritual you relies

    on that spiritualfood for strength,

    ability, focus,anointing, grace,

    and all those other

    powerful qualitiesthat help you toplay well andprofessionally

    in this earthgame.
