UPPER DECKCockpit, crew quarters & 2 double rooms.Each room is equiped with a bathroom anda wardrobe.

Furniture design inspired by the Art-Deco trend (1920)(3D models made with Solidworks and rendered with Keyshot)

LOWER DECKThe observation area is at the very bottom of the seaplane. Customers can lay on sofas to enjoy a direct sight on the sea. Behind is the restaurant, which is next to the starboard entrance.

MIDDLE DECK (TAIL)The soul of the Manta. The traditional libraryis at the very back of the fuselage, to provide customers of rare literary works meant to complement their discovering trip.

1 WHAT WILL BE THE FUTURE OF CITIES ?

THE CONCEPT

In the future, cities will be much more exposed to �ooding and extreme rainings than today.

The Multi-Layer Transport System is a prospective project reposing on huge �oats, inspired by the pontoon system. Depending on the water level, the all structure moves up and down along the pillars to avoid the circulation being �ood.

This system rethinks the city as accepting our future conditions of life. We will have to adapt to nature behavior.

More exposed to the weather, the wind and the sunlight, the « Roof » assembles the perfect condi-tions to create a healthy vegetation.As a 100 % vegetal layer, it can be seen as a green corridor from the top.

The second main mode of transport would be a even more develloped underground. It would be powered by kinetik energy, as explained above.

In the future, people will still need private services to carry goods (HGV) or themself (taxis). Never-theless, even if this layer would be most tolerant towards polluting transportations, there would be bene�ts for green energy vehicle’s users.

This feature would be able to handle massive amounts of users of bikes, scooters and skateboards. By promoting this, the city could make the people as the main energy source of the city, thanks to kinetic energy.
