Theapplicantshouldbeaqualifiedspecialistinmaxillofacial
surgeryaccordingtotheregulationstobeapplicableinhis/herhomecountryorthecountryinwhichhe/shehasacquiredspecialitytraining.

Approvalforleaveofabsenceshouldbeobtainedfromtheemployingauthority.
o
Clinicalorbasicresearchisrequired.AtleastonepaperreflectingthesaidresearchmustbesubmittedforpublicationtotheJournalofCranioMaxilloFacialSurgery.Followingsubmissionofthepaper,theFellowmustcooperateandrespondtoallrequestsfromtheJournalseditororeditorialstafftocompletethereviewprocess

Financialresourcesshouldbeavailableforcoveringtheoneyearstayatthehostcentrewithapositionpaidforbyeitherthehomecentre,orthehostcentre,orbyagrantthatenablestheapplicanttoperformastudywhilestayingatthehostcentre.

AcompleteCV,alogbookofoperationsperformedandalistofscientificpublications(co)authoredbytheapplicantpluswrittenproofofalltheaboveshallbesenttotheSecretariat
