Our reputation for being both classic and nostalgic has been widely embraced by patrons since we opened our doors.

Whether intimate or grand, Mr. G’s has the perfect space to accommodate your guests. Our Paldora Banquet Room seats up to 100 guests and is just right for an intimate wedding, or bridal shower. The Fernwood Gardens Ballroom is an old fashioned setting for weddings up to 400 guests. With hosting over 40 years of events, The ballroom still proves to have the same luster it did when its

doors were first opened. It features hardwood floors, a full stage for your DJ or band, and two bar areas for your guests to enjoy. The Broadway Bar offers a large bar and fireplace, and our Library Bar provides quaint and comfortable seating.

Our experienced staff will ensure that everything from customizing the perfect menu to delivering the best dinner is seamless on your special day. We will work with you to make sure your day is everything you expect it to be. Mr G's has hosted hundreds of weddings,

parties and celebrations over the years, giving personalized attention to each one. It's just one of the reasons Mr G's has been a destination venue for so many years.

HOSTED/OPEN BAR: You may chose from wine, beer, cocktails, soda or any combination you desire. Guests may have unlimited amounts of the beverages you choose. You may set a dollar amount you wish to spend or a time frame in which the beverages are offered. There is an 18% gratuity that is added to the final bill. Price of drinks includes sales tax.

CASH BAR: You may choose to have a cash bar for the evening. Guests purchase their drinks individually at the bar.

BAR TABS: If you would like for any family members or attendants to be able to tab their beverages, this must be discussed with the bar manager prior to the event. This allows the people you designate to order and receive drinks free of charge for as long as requested by you. You can choose to offer rail, call or premium liquors.

Bar Service

Fernwood Garden Ball Room at Mr G's, as an alcohol license, is subject to the rules and regulations of the State of Wisconsin. Therefore, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by Mr G's and consumed within the ballroom.

Ceremonies

There is a $ ________________________ fee for ceremonies held on site. You are responsible for the delivery and set up of chairs*. An arbor is available for you to use at no charge and you are free to decorate it as you choose. Any confetti thrown must be biodegradable and pre- approved. Any decorations used for the ceremony or alternative seating such as hay bales, etc. must be cleaned and restored to the site's original state.

The ballroom area will be staffed and available to you and your guests 1.5 hours prior to your dinner time. Arrangements for opening earlier than designated time can be arranged on an individual basis. There will be a $75/hr fee for additional use of ballroom

If your ceremony cannot take place outside due to inclement weather, you will be allowed to use the ballroom area for your ceremony. We are happy to discuss this alternative with you.

There is a $ ________________________ fee for ceremonies held in the ballroom. You are responsible for the delivery and set up of chairs if using a rental business. Arrangements must be made to have chairs taken down immediately after ceremony in order for staff to move tables, if necessary, for dinner seating.

Ceremony must take place withing 2.5 hours of the designated dinner time. If any earlier, there will be a $75/hr fee.

*If requested, Mr G's will assume responsibility of chair rental. This can be arranged with management

ROOM RENTAL: A Facility fee of $1500 plus tax is required to secure the event date. This fee is non-refundable

GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT: A good faith deposit of $1500 is due 6 months prior to the event. This fee will be deducted from the final invoice.

MEAL PRE-PAYMENT: A final confirmation on all meal choices and total number of guests must be made 21 days prior to the event. This is the number for which you will be charged. The cost of one half of the total food bill must be paid to Mr. G's 14 days prior to the event. If payment is not made, Mr G's reserves the right to cancel the event.

BAR PAYMENT: A total bill for all consumed half barrels of beer and any hosted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be given to the person responsible the evening of the event. Payment in full must be made the following day.
