If you are a resident, sport organization, community group, charity or business planning a festival or event in Richmond Hill, we ask that you complete and submit a Festivals & Events Application form.
A Festivals & Events Resource Manual is available online to assist you with the completion of the Festivals & Events Application. The Manual will guide you through the event planning process and provide you tools to assist you in delivering a safe and successful event.
