Fitting Sheet
Defender Shadow LightBeam

Fitting Procedure 1. Disconnect the Battery.
2. Remove the plastic radiator grille panel.
3. Carefully determine what height you want to fit your lights, making sure that you allow clearance for a winch if fitted.
4. Remove the plastic headlight surrounds and remove the headlights to gain access to the inner wings.
5. Take the Lightbeam mounting brackets, and with the end of the bracket with 3 holes, carefully mark the inner wing panel adjacent to the radiator.
6. Drill the holes you have marked with a 8.5 - 9mm drill bit.
7. Using the M8 x 20 bolts, bolt the brackets to the inner wing. You can gain access to fit the nuts through the head lamp holes.
8. Take the plastic radiator grille and hold it against the brackets so that you can mark where is needs to be cut to allow the brackets to poke through it.
9. Re-fit the plastic grille and bolt the LightBeam to the brackets using the M6 x 25 stainless steel bolts.

1 x Pozidriv Screwdriver 1 x 13m Socket and Ratchet. 1 x 10mm spanner 1 x 4mm Allen Key 1 x 9mm Drill Bit 1 x Junior Hacksaw Padsaw
