CLASS 1: MINI NOVICE Fences approx 70cm CLASS 2: MERCIAN MINI Fences approx 70cm CLASS 3: MERCIAN NOVICE Fences approx 80cm CLASS 4: NOVICE PAIRS Fences approx 80cm CLASS 5: NOVICE Fences approx 80cm CLASS 6: INTERMEDIATE Fences approx 90cm

Mercian Team Rosettes to 6th place and Individually to 8th place.

Individual classes rosettes to 8th place. Pairs classes rosettes to 6th place.

Pairs class entries will be restricted.

Take home trophies 1st-3rd Individual Classes Perpetual Trophy to highest placed FFRC member in each Individual Class

Classes will be split between Junior and Senior if entries warrant

ENTRY FEES: Individual classes - £23.00 includes medical fee

(FFRC Members £20.00) Pairs classes - £36.00 (£32.00 if one or both FFRC members) Mercian Team entry (Classes 2 & 3) - £80.00 (Mercian entry accepted on Equo)

This includes £2 per competitor medical fee.

The course may be walked between 2.00pm on Sat 23rd Sept but will not be deemed complete until 8.30am on Sun 24th Sept. Any alterations will be posted outside the Secretary’s box on the day of competition.

MERCIAN TEAM EVENT Open to teams of 4 seniors who are members of a BRC club involved with Mercian events. 70cm and 80cm teams of four. All 4 to jump same height – best 3 scores to count. To be judged under BRC and Mercian rules.

THIS EVENT WILL BE RUN UNDER CURRENT

BRITISH RIDING CLUB RULES

1) Anyone riding a horse/pony on the showground must wear protective headgear which complies with current BSI standards and which must be correctly fastened at all times. Hats must be replaced if dropped and chinstraps re-fastened immediately should they come undone. Failure to do so will incur elimination. Fixed Peaked caps and head cams are NOT allowed.

2) BACK PROTECTORS AND MEDICAL ARMBANDS ARE COMPULSORY

FOR ALL CLASSES. Colours may be worn. Tack will be checked. 3) All horses/ponies must be four years old or over. Horses may not compete

more than once in a class. No horse may enter more than two classes. 4) The committee or anyone acting for the committee will not be responsible

for any loss or accident to person, animal or property. 5) Objections must be handed to the secretary IN WRITING within 15 minutes

of the end of the class together with a deposit of £10.00. Objections will be dealt with at the end of the day. Any objection not in writing will be dismissed.

6) All judges’, including jump judges’, and stewards’ decisions are final.

7) The committee reserves the right to alter or vary the schedule, or to decline

any entry. 8) Rules concerning elimination will be displayed at the secretary’s box on the

day. 9) Dogs must be on leads at all times. Please ensure you clean up after your

dog. 10) In the event of cancellation, entries will be deferred to the next Frampton

Family RC Hunter Trial. 11) Schooling over the course is not permitted in the FOUR weeks

prior to the event. Anyone who does so will have their entry refused.

12) Refunds will only be issued on production of a vet/doctors certificate.
