About Nayati

Nayati Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd. is India’s first Multi Super-Specialty healthcare chain operating in Tier-II & Tier-III towns to offer premium tertiary care. Our objective is to bring world-class quality healthcare to these towns and neighbouring areas. Nayati was incepted in 2012 to provide much needed assistance to the pilgrims coming to Badrinath and the citizens of Uttarakhand, who had to travel 200-300 km to access basic healthcare.

Healthcare in India has so far been focused only on metros, and patients from Tier-II & Tier-III towns have to travel to metros for quality treatment. With our philosophy of ‘Accha Swasthya Sabka Haq’, and a promise of bringing world-class healthcare services to all, our vision is ‘Taking World-Class Treatment To The Patient’. For world-class and trustworthy healthcare services to be provided in a cost effective way, we are offering affordable, accessible and accountable healthcare to the masses and can proudly claim that world-class healthcare no longer lives in Metros alone.

Nayati’s healthcare model is based on 5 fundamental pillars:

Complete Integrated HealthcareOur endeavour is to offer complete healthcare solutions with a team of India’s leading doctors, supported by the best medical resources in all disciplines and specialized verticals of healthcare. All our Centers of Excellence for all key specialties will be self-sufficient in all aspects of diagnosis and treatment, because in health matters every second matters.

World-Class State-of-the-Art Medical TechnologyWe take pride in offering world-class procedures and patient care services with the use of state-of-the-art medical technology and advanced treatment facilities which is both cost-effective and faster. We have various Intensive Care units like MICU, CCU, SICU, NICU and PICU that are operational 24x7.

Taking Treatment to the PatientAt times, patients need quick access to treatment, as one does not have the option to travel long distances. We also understand that patients need to visit the hospital frequently for follow up checkups. Traveling long distances frequently can be stressful and impractical for patients as well as their families. To ease this problem, we are setting up secondary diagnosis and care centres, as well as mobile vans in the neighbouring towns, so that every patient has access to quality healthcare.

Business ModelOn the one hand, we had the challenge of providing world-class healthcare and on the other we also had to keep in mind the spending capacity and financial aspect of the local residents. This is why we decided to adopt the 'economies of scale' model as it was our responsibility to take care of the patient's health and also their overall wellbeing.

Our mission - Health for allBe it providing healthcare using our Mobile Medical Units to the millions of people going for the Badrinath pilgrimage or organizing free health camps for the people residing in the remote areas of Uttar Pradesh, Nayati has always been at the forefront. That is why we have joined hands with regional health centres and other social groups to ensure no stone is left unturned when it comes to providing world-class treatment to every individual.

With 7 centres of excellence and 13 specialty departments, we have a team of 1200 professionals, comprising more than 270 doctors, 400 nurses and 200 technicians and paramedics serving the region.
