1. All entries must be made from natural fibers and completed after October 31, 2018.
2. REGARDLESS OF HOW THE ACTUAL ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED, you must PRE-REGISTER.
Use one of 2 options (mail-in registration OR on-line registration) to PRE-REGISTER:
Mail- in option: Fill out the first page of this document and mail with payment toNSAA, P.O. Box 1131, Stanwood, WA 98292. Mail-in registration must be postmarkedno later than October 10, 2019. The deadline for mail-in entries is one week earlier thanon-line registration to allow for postal delays.
On-line option: Register and pay on our website at http://www.fiberfusion.net/fiber-arts-show.html . On-line registration must be completed no later than October 17, 2019.
Once you have PRE-REGISTERED, there are 3 ways to get your actual fiber arts entries to us!
#1) MAIL IN - Entries may be mailed to: Fiber Fusion c/o Rebecca Suryan at 424 153rd Drive SE, Snohomish, WA 98290. Entries must be mailed no later than Oct. 10th 2019. Entries MUST be accompanied by a pre-paid, pre-addressed, return label from US Postal Service, and will be returned in the same box sent or in whatever container you provide. We will be unable to return ribbons and entries until shipping arrangements have been made.
#2) SHOW SITE CHECK-IN – You may drop off your entry at the show site Friday, October 18, between the hours of 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, or Saturday morning, October 19, between 8 and 9 a.m.
#3) REMOTE DROP OFF – – You may hand deliver your items to a designated collection site
with a member of Team Fiber Fusion. The following are designated as collection sites. Make
arrangements directly with drop off site contact person prior to delivering your item.

Entries must be at the drop off site no later than Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
3. Entries MUST remain on display from 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 19th until 5:00 pm on Sunday,October 20th.
4. Entries are to be picked up by Owner on Sunday, October 20th from 5:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. Indicateon Fiber Arts Entry Form if you would like your entry(s) shipped to you (must send pre-paid, pre-addressed US Postal Service shipping label with registration).
5. For each skein/fiber art entry attach a 3” x 5” card with the following information (do not put anyID on this card). Fiber Content Statement of intended use Preparation and techniques used in its creation Original or commercial design Supply a fiber sample, yarn sample or other component to demonstrate content

Judging Criteria for all entries: Judging will be anonymous, with points given for creativity,
craftsmanship, hand-feel, visual appeal, appropriate use of fiber and technique, effectiveness, written
description, intended use, and final finish.
CLASS A: HANDSPUN YARN
Skeins must be minimum of 25 yards & tied with four “figure-8”ties. Balls of yarn will not be accepted.

Because this is an educational venue, no more than 3 items will be permitted entry in any one class.
Items will not be permitted for sale.
Confirmation & Cancellation Policy: Confirmations of entry will be sent out by e-mail as complete paperwork is received. If you must cancel your entry(s), 75% of fees paid to NSAA will be refunded if the cancellation is received by October 7, 2019. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after October 8, 2019.
